April Harris: BSc Hons - MCSP - HPC reg

April graduated in 2005 from the University of Brighton. She went on to work in Canterbury, Sidcup and Bromley before setting up Touchline with fellow Physio Tara. April has worked in a variety of settings within the South East, from NHS Hospitals and Primary Care Trusts to Private Clinics and GP Surgeries. She specializes in spinal conditions, joint problems and chronic pain, using a hands on approach, often combined with Acupuncture, to relieve pain and restore function and mobility.  During her time as a Physio, April has led spinal clinics, rehabilitation classes, hydrotherapy sessions and education seminars to name but a few, and regularly gives talks to GP’s and medical staff about Physiotherapy.

April’s personal interests include horse riding and skiing, but her main passion is Physiotherapy, and so she regularly attends clinics and seminars from lecturers around the globe to ensure that her treatment techniques and advice are as current as possible. She has  recently been able to combine her love of equestrianism and Physiotherapy however by working closely with the Professional Jockey’s Association, predominantly at Lingfield and Kempton Racecourse, where she treats flat and jump jockeys recovering from minor knocks to majors injuries.

April can help you recover from an accident or injury, improve your performance or even just reduce the risk of that niggle turning into something more serious.
